Shit...

The old timer had just located a working terminal when Lucas started to move. It seemed that he engaged a Ranger based on the signals the PA emitted, but with all these groups together in the facility, it would be pointless to even check it out. Grant gathered what data was available and transmitted it directly to Keren. Most of it didn't mean much to him but perhaps she can put together the pieces.

After the extraction, Grant immediately moved towards Lucas' last location. The young detective had decided to move independently, while the LE squads were doing a thorough and complete sweep of the building behind him. Grant looked around as one of the MP Squads turned up; the Zeta Squad that recently arrived at Washington.

Grant approached them without hesitation. If they were to get to the bottom of things, going in solo would be the last option.

Guess the old codes still work...they really need to work on updating them. Seeing the Quin Mantha approach, his sensors indicated to be an actual Ranger. "Sorry for the confusion," Wild states to Kristal as he reverts the code back to his Rogue status. "I'm an ex-Ranger, used to work with them 'til a year ago. The name's Wild," continuing as he stands up, clipping the zanbuster to his side.

"Think I ran into Law Enforcement just now, don't know how they lost me though. Anyway, what's your name?" Wild asks, looking over the armor she wore as several mobile bits floated around her. Remembering one last look, the eyepatch sensor retracted back into its socket.

GM OOC: I will be locking the thread in 2 hours time (6 PM EST) to prepare for the next summary and post to move things along. Also I'll be posting this later on in the main site but I will say it here as well, the RP event is going to go further into the week. This will not be preventing any actions in regards to the rpg actions. Hope you all enjoy!

Simon swore under his breath as more and more people began to flood into the complex. He had gotten rather deep in, possibly further than anyone else, considering that he had been one of the ones who had snuck in as opposed to waiting to breach and hadn't engaged any on the squads because of Mirage Colloid.

Unfortunately, that particular blessing really was a double edged sword. Simon eyed the battery indicator on his HUD, noting how much it had already dropped.

He needed to take what he could, fast, before everyone else swarmed upon him. Simon stopped at one of the control panels in the deeper part of the facility, dropping his Mirage Colloid. He would need to conserve it in case on an emergency from here on out. A couple of quick seconds got the door to close. He jumped through the doorway, firing a lancer dart at the control panel as he moved through entrance. The door close behind him and Simon was rewarded with the sound of an explosion. With any luck, with all the breeches which were taking place no one would notice anything until they got to the door.

"That'll keep the bastards guessing." He muttered, looking to quickly get to the heart of the facility, find whatever there was worth taking, and get the frack out.

Name: Ann Gillars
Power Armor: Rasveht
Facton: Barcalow Knights

In the rush to assemble a team and get a vehicle out to the Tesla Industries compound, someone dropped the ball. No one knew exactly what had happened. The general consensus of the people in the Line Breaker was that because this was Ranger territory then they must have something to do with the incident. The other possibility was that they might have even owned the facilities in question and were using them as a trap of some kind.

Ann was a subscriber to the latter theory.

She had been pretty much been at the right place at the right team when the distress signal went out, and largely due to a lack of alternatives, was allowed to board the tank with the rest of the power armor users. Ann quickly regretted volunteering though. A blind operation did not suit her in the slightest, and once she found out how blind they all were, panic had slowly been creeping in. The young woman tried to hide it by engrossing herself in examining her armor but the words of her comrades kept her internal distress building.

But then Apollo appeared.

She didn't know much about the man beyond the fact that he was one of their own but it was enough. Just having another armor in the looming fight would not have been enough to calm her down but Apollo's commanding presence did the trick. When things were over, she planned to thank him but for the time being she kept her facade of coolness on.

The facade remained on in full force as the five bits slid off her armor's backpack and unfolded into full blown copies. Each one had its own personality, and at Apollo's command, the now six strong group began to fan out as one.

Storming through the facility, the Barcalow Knights small team suddenly got bigger with the Rasveht's deployment of the Mobile Bits. As Apollo took charge, he took a brief note of what the team consisted of aside from himself and the Rasveht. Most of them were nothing more than generic Gundams, looking more like the older Gundam that appeared 50 years ago than current contemporaries. The only exception was the one artillery power armor, painted in darker colors with much larger cannons on its shoulder. "Rasveht team you have point. And...Calamity, cover the rear. Move!" Apollo orders as the other Knights responded as they quickly advanced through the area, following the corridors.

As they advanced through, Ann couldn't help but feel that the latter theory was more and more becoming true. "It's odd, it's too clean, too neat for a distress beacon. If Tesla needed help, there should be scorch marks, a sign of battle, something," Ann comments, as they continued their pace moving towards the heart of the facility, descending downwards.

Outside, more Barcalow Knights started appearing with their tanks, with a second Line Breaker arriving, this time much more distinct from the rest as it was painted in a pure blood red color.

USMP Front

Inside the facility, the Dark Falcons took to the lead of the USMP teams that entered. More of their forces stayed outside with the Ranger presence that was there. The Military and Rangers certainly didn't agree with one another for sure, but both sides had responded to an all-frequency distress signal, so for the time being the two sides had agreed to a temporary cease fire. Whether or not that would keep up inside was up for debate however.

Following through, the Dark Falcons continued their trek as the lead team of the military. With only three of the four together, Dakota continued retrieving data as he kept radio contact with the rest. "Clint, something interesting came up. I just looked up the records of the Mobile Suits being produced here and something is odd," Dakota reports, as the others temporarily stop.

"What is it Dakota?" Leola asks, asks Dakota streams the data over to her, however slowly it was coming in. Quickly sending it from her armor over to Clint and Jimmy, the data poured in across their network as they analyzed the info obtained.

"Wait, this isn't right...Gundams are just repeating themselves over here. Is this some kind of data error?" Clint asks to Dakota as he checks over a few sections.

"No sir, I did several integrity checks, but there's no corruption."

"Dakota, meet up with us now, inform Command we're getting in further, we're not alone at all!" Clint orders before closing the comm channel. Moving with a sense of urgency, the three continued further in, marking the way for Dakota to quickly catch up to them.

Law Enforcement...

Losing track of the Rogue that had briefly appeared, and the sudden blip of a Ranger and disappearance, Lucas continued further on. "Grant, Hiromi? Is your equipment working properly? I just had a Ranger appear and disappear," Lucas questions on the comm channels, advancing through deeper in the facility.

"We had it appear too. Did you fire on a Ranger down there?" Grant responds back, as Hiromi's team investigated through the terminals of Tesla Industries.

"No, it was clearly a Rogue."

As the two conversed, Hiromi's squad downloaded data after data, trying to crack what they could. "There's a lot of encrypted data here boss," JP comments, banging the side of his helmet to try and make it go faster. "Yeah, a bit m- wait, something came through," Amber responds, sending out what she found to the others in the squad.

What came up in their HUDs was garbled video footage, but what could make sense showed combats against several armors throughout the country. Amongst the footage showed both Grant and Lucas in their earlier investigation of the Washington D.C. facility, another deserted one somewhere else, and highway combat against military forces. What caught their attention though was the second facility and the highway combat, both showing the same power armor fighting in two different locales. What didn't match though was the date, they were too close.

"What the hell? Grant, Lucas, we just cracked some video footage. We got the same power armor, not flight capable, in two different locations. The problem is the timing, it doesn't match up at all," Hiromi comments to the two, as Grant starts moving to where Lucas was.

"Hiromi, get your squad and head out with us. Lucas, wait for us. Don't act alone," Grant orders, as the MP Zeta squad and the Bertigo moved to meet up with Lucas.

As Hiromi's team packed up their equipment and advanced following the Bertigo, Grant couldn't shake the funny feeling that a trap was in the works for them and whoever else had responded.

Simon Cobb...

His stealth actions certainly paid off. Despite not being the first to enter the facility, he was much further in compared to everyone else. Silently thanking his Mirage Colloid, he noted the battery life of his armor he had left. The Mirage Colloid equipped as part of his armor certainly paid a heavy price, draining away large chunks of his battery supply.

Having already locked out one door, Simon continued his advance deeper into the facility. Descending downwards, he didn't notice nor really care to check what kind of interference he could get. He was running solo, why would he care. As he made it through a final hallway, he emerged to see an underground testing facility. Noting several doors and passageways, he could hear some noises as he took up a position in the shadows. Not wanting to waste any of his battery unless needed, Simon took his position, biding his time and waiting to see who was coming.

Wild and Kristal Hawkins...

Taken by surprise that the Gundam PA in front of her wasn't a Ranger but a Rogue, she readied her weapon in surprise and fear, however the person in front of her remained calm and affirmed his status as an ex-Ranger. "Kristal, it's my first combat sortie," she states, calling back the funnels to the storage.

"Right well then. You're not out to shoot me since you're not a Knight, so might be good if we stick together. I'll keep you covered as well," Wild says, motioning for her to follow him. Nodding her head, Kristal took position behind him as Wild moved on ahead.

As they advanced through the facility, Kristal looked on at the more experienced armor in front of her as he moved and checked corners. Wild held in both hands the zanbuster and the Murasama Blaster, as they continued their movements until reaching a door that was shot out. "Well, this is going to slow us down..." Wild mutters, before detaching the buster gun and igniting the zanbuster, driving it into one of the hinges.

"Gonna need some help on this one Kristal," Wild says, as she follows suit eagerly. With sabers in hand, and the funnels launching out, Kristal made the task much easier as she cut down the time needed to open the door.

"...What made you an ex-Ranger?" Kristal asks, as Wild focused on the task at hand cutting out the secure hinges and locks. "We ended up on a disagreement...rather not continue any further," Wild says, occasionally checking over his shoulder. Finally knocking the door down, the pair descended further downwards.

"Rangers, we're going further into the facility...rangers?" Kristal states over the comm, only to get static.

"What's wrong?"

"I'm getting interference...."

"That means-" Wild starts, before hearing noises further up ahead, consisting of inaudible yelling. Both break off into a sprint and reaching the hallway, they entered the underground facility, and were met with a surprise.

Meeting Point...

Shortly after Simon Cobb arrived, he witnessed the Knights, USMP, and Law Enforcement all arrive on the scene. With the Knights were Ann Gillars's squad of Rasvehts, Apollo Langley with the Reborns Gundam, and the squad of Gundams that came with them on the Line Breaker, pointing their rifles at the Law Enforcement group. The Calamity stood with its launchers pointed at the officers. With the Law Enforcement stood Hiromi's team of MP Zetas, Grant in his Bertigo armor, Lucas Klein in the Victory Gundam HEXA, and two squads of Nemo power armors officers they ran into along the way. Their rifles were pointed right back at the Barcalow Knights, the two groups' disdain for one another becoming quite apparent.

In the USMP group, the Dark Falcons had their weapons pointed at both sides, along with 3 squads of GM power armors, trying to keep them from shooting one another. With Wild and Kristal's arrival, the Barcalow Knights and USMP split their attention further on the newcomers, some pointing at the newcomers and others pointing at the current arrivals. As Wild and Kristal activated their weapons, pointing at the two groups, Law Enforcement's own attention was further split as they pointed their sets of weapons at USMP and the pair as well, as everyone yelled to stand down.

Hiding with his Mirage Colloid active was Simon, reading the battery level as the timer for how much time left on the supply counted down. Simon silently observed the Mexican Standoff, watching to see who would make the first move or if anyone else was coming.

As her remote weapons again return to her tail binder, she folds her arms across her chest, her weight shifting to her left foot, hip stuck out a bit, still far from unarmed, but the best she could manage, the I-Field continuing to hum softly just under the shouting. She gestures for Wild to get behind her, and simply waits in a very passive, bored stance, her voice no longer among the raised shouts. The tight quarters already made her uncomfortable, and the idea of the ceiling coming down in a firefight terrified her as the thought crossed her mind.

Well eff my luck.

When he had gotten to the shadows, he had hoped that he could idle for a while, conserving battery power. If necessary, he could have ambushed he first few people to enter, working on the people in the complex bit by bit.

But no, each individual group of fascists just had to arrive all at once, meaning that there was no way to put up a fight. The Blitz, god love it, was all about sneak attacks. There was no way that a sneak attack would be anything less than suicidal here.

Or is it...

In his time seeing all of the different groups as having a single enemy (him) he had forgotten all the stories about how much each group hated the other. They were all at gunpoint with each other.

Simon forced himself to breath at that point, taking in the situation. Maybe, just maybe, he wasn't screwed quite yet. There were ways of turning the situation in his favor. All together, hell, with a single faction targeting him he would find himself blown to high heaven. But shooting each other to shit...well, that just made his heart glow a little. The fallout from something like that would destroy inter-group cooperation for a while. Leaving people like him to be...well, people like him.

Simon needed to choose one side, and in the end, it really wasn't much of a choice. Persistent bastard, isn't he? Simon muttered under his breath, stepping as quietly as he could behind the armor which had caused him so much trouble in Boston. Out of all the sides, the Baraclow Knights were the ones that he liked least at present and, as one of them had actually seem him before, would be more likely to believe that there was a stealth mobile suit. But if the Knights were being blamed, they would have to be the ones to give the excuse, "It's not us, it was the invisible Rouge who did it." Having to watch them say it would be worth the price of admission, even from a jail cell.

"Sorry about this buddy." Simon whispered as he raised his beam rifle over the shoulder of the power armor furthest back in the group. He may have even gotten closer, but what with all the hell that was going to land it seemed prudent to be as close to an exit as possible. "Except, you know, not." Simon fired a single shot, too high to actually hit anyone but close enough that Law Enforcement would certainly feel it.

With that shot, the Rouge turned and ran as fast as he could down the hallway the Baraclow Knights had come from. He needed to find cover fast and the moment he did he was going to turn his Mirage Colloid off and watch the fireworks.

Letting out a startled cry, the Quin Mantha begins backpedaling, a torrent of beam fire railing through the ranks of the Baraclow Knights, joined by more and more firepower as Kristal's funnels join in the assault. The torrent of firepower covering her slow retreat. Inside the suit she perspires heavily, her breathing fast and shallow, one of the Quin Mantha's hands shaking and shuddering wildly. The mental outcry from the crowd at the first shot driving her into a panicked fervor as she backs into Wild.

"Don't... don't let them take me..." She pants incoherently, her head swimming.

As the opening shot rang out Apollo’s first thought was not to take cover or return fire. Instead the situation reminded him of his childhood. Specifically a game where his friends would mess around till one of them decided everything would go to hell. However, unlike the game this current situation was much more dangerous. People were about to die. To make matters worse it was all because of one rogue power armor. Already at work the sensors in the Reborns Gundam picked up the beam shot and the computer recognize it as something the Reborns Gundam encountered once before. What mattered more now was that survived, retribution would have to wait.

“Fall back to the line breakers!” Apollo shouted as he blocked several attacks by holding up his shield. Releasing several GN Fangs Apollo and the others returned fired while falling back. “Ann! Find the one responsible… we’ll hold out as long as we can.” Apollo transmitted the data he had on the rogue that started this fight to Ann. The Reborns Gundam ducks behind a large heavy metal crate and returns fire behind it. Other Knight power armors do the same while others manage to begin falling back.

"Ah hell..." Jimmy muttered. "Sounds like they've gone to war in there."

"And we have no idea who's shooting who," Clint agreed. "We need a way around."

"I'll get in touch with Control," Leola suggested. "Maybe they can give us a way around."

Clint nodded and began creeping towards the sounds of battle. If they couldn't get a route around, they would have to either pick a side in battle or run through it and pray their laminated armor held up, and the latter option meant none of the unarmored troops could follow them in. Silently, he prayed an alternate route could be found as he watched several beams fly by. Peeking his head around the corner, Clint saw a huge, green armor opening fire on a crowd of much smaller armors.

"Any luck finding that alternate route yet?" Clint asked, ducking back into cover before someone tried taking him out.
